Accessing Patient Records
1. Click on Patient record to access patient
Navigate to the patient records section to access a specific patient's information.

2. Click on Overview
The Overview section displays the patient information, including contact info and other personal details.

3. Click on Appointment
Access the appointment section to view and manage patient appointments.

4. Click on Documents
Navigate to the Documents section to access and manage patient documentation.

5. Click on Payments
Access the Payments section to view billing and payment information.

6. Click on Insurance
View and manage patient insurance information.

Creating Documentation
7. Click on the appointment date (e.g., 11/20/2024 – 11/20/2024)
Select a specific appointment to document.

8. Click on Note
Open the note editor to create or edit patient documentation.

9. Type your note content
Enter the documentation details in the note editor.

10. Add signature field
Drag the signature field element to add a signature area to your documentation.

11. Click on Confirm Signature
Confirm the signature to finalize this section of the documentation.

12. Click on Save Draft
Save your documentation as a draft. You can continue editing later or finalize it when ready.
