Custom Appointment Statuses

Custom statuses let you track appointments beyond the standard Booked, Cancelled, and Completed states — giving your team real-time visibility into exactly where each client is in your workflow.

How to Create a Custom Status

  1. Go to Settings on the navigation pane.
  2. Navigate to Appointment Statuses or Calendar Settings.
  3. Click Add Status.
  4. Enter a name and choose a color for the status.
  5. Click Save.
