Custom Appointment Statuses
Custom statuses let you track appointments beyond the standard Booked, Cancelled, and Completed states — giving your team real-time visibility into exactly where each client is in your workflow.

Examples of Useful Custom Statuses

How to Create a Custom Status
- Go to Settings on the navigation pane.
- Navigate to Appointment Statuses or Calendar Settings.
- Click Add Status.
- Enter a name and choose a color for the status.
- Click Save.
