Setup Steps

To configure automated reminders:

  1. Access Settings: Go to Settings"Notifications".
  2. Define Channels: Toggle “Appointment Reminders”.
  3. Create Sequences: Define timing for each channel:
    • Email: 48 hours before
    • SMS: 2 hours before
