Adding Credit to a Client Balance

Client credits allow you to pre-load a balance that can be applied to future invoices — useful for prepaid packages, overpayments, or goodwill adjustments.


How to Add Credit to a Client Balance

  1. Open the client's record.
  2. Navigate to the Billing tab.
  3. Click Add Credit.
  4. Enter the credit amount and a reason (e.g., "Prepaid package," "Overpayment refund").
  5. Click Save to apply the credit to the client's balance.

The credit will appear on the client's account and can be applied to any future invoice.
