Adding Credit to a Client Balance
Client credits allow you to pre-load a balance that can be applied to future invoices — useful for prepaid packages, overpayments, or goodwill adjustments.
How to Add Credit to a Client Balance
- Open the client's record.
- Navigate to the Billing tab.
- Click Add Credit.
- Enter the credit amount and a reason (e.g., "Prepaid package," "Overpayment refund").
- Click Save to apply the credit to the client's balance.
The credit will appear on the client's account and can be applied to any future invoice.
