WithinEHR integrates directly with Stripe to enable secure, compliant online payment processing for your practice. Once connected, you can collect payments via saved cards, payment links, and automated invoicing.

Stripe processing fees vary by region and card type. Review current rates at stripe.com/pricing or within your Stripe dashboard after connecting your account.
Adding a Client's Payment Method
Save a client's payment method to their profile to enable faster future payments and reduce friction at checkout.
- Open the client's record.
- Navigate to the Billing tab.
- Click Add Payment Method.
- Enter the card details securely through the Stripe-powered form.
- Save the payment method to the client's profile.
Process a Payment with a Saved Card
- Open the client's record and go to the Billing tab.
- Select the invoice you want to collect payment for.
- Choose the saved card on file.
- Click Charge to process the payment.
Send a Payment Link
Send clients a secure link to make payments online at their convenience.
- Open the relevant invoice.
- Click Send Payment Link.
- WithinEHR sends the client a secure, Stripe-powered link via email or SMS.
