Accessing Client Record from Inbox

When a client message requires clinical context, you can jump directly from the inbox conversation to their full client record — without leaving the messaging workflow.


How to Access a Client Record from the Inbox

  1. Open the message thread in your inbox.
  2. Click the client's name or the record link within the conversation.
  3. WithinEHR will open the client's full record in a new view.

Assigning a Message to a Team Member

  1. Click the three-dot icon on the right side of the message.
  2. Select Assign from the menu.
  3. Choose the team and the medical personnel you want to assign the message to.
  4. Click Apply to save the assignment.
