Accessing Client Record from Inbox
When a client message requires clinical context, you can jump directly from the inbox conversation to their full client record — without leaving the messaging workflow.
How to Access a Client Record from the Inbox
- Open the message thread in your inbox.
- Click the client's name or the record link within the conversation.
- WithinEHR will open the client's full record in a new view.
Assigning a Message to a Team Member
- Click the three-dot icon on the right side of the message.
- Select Assign from the menu.
- Choose the team and the medical personnel you want to assign the message to.
- Click Apply to save the assignment.
