Creating and Linking a Client Through Inbox
When a new inquiry arrives in your inbox from someone who is not yet a client, you can create their client record directly from the message thread — keeping the conversation linked to their record from the very first interaction.
How to Create a Client from an Inbox Message
- Open the message thread in your inbox.
- Click Create Client or Link to Client.
- If creating a new client, fill in the required fields — name, email, phone number.
- Click Save to create the client record.
- The message thread will be linked to the new client record automatically.
How to Link a Message to an Existing Client
- Open the message thread.
- Click Link to Client.
- Search for the existing client by name or email.
- Select the correct client.
- Click Link to associate the conversation with their record.
