Creating and Linking a Client Through Inbox

When a new inquiry arrives in your inbox from someone who is not yet a client, you can create their client record directly from the message thread — keeping the conversation linked to their record from the very first interaction.


How to Create a Client from an Inbox Message

  1. Open the message thread in your inbox.
  2. Click Create Client or Link to Client.
  3. If creating a new client, fill in the required fields — name, email, phone number.
  4. Click Save to create the client record.
  5. The message thread will be linked to the new client record automatically.

  1. Open the message thread.
  2. Click Link to Client.
  3. Search for the existing client by name or email.
  4. Select the correct client.
  5. Click Link to associate the conversation with their record.
