Notification Templates

Notification templates let you standardize the automated messages your practice sends — appointment reminders, intake requests, payment confirmations, and more — so every communication is consistent, professional, and on-brand.


How to Create a Notification Template

  1. Go to Settings on the navigation pane.
  2. Select Notification Templates or Templates.
  3. Click Create Template.
  4. Choose the notification type (e.g., Appointment Reminder, Intake Request, Payment Confirmation).
  5. Write the message content — use macros (e.g., {{client_name}}, {{appointment_date}}) to personalize automatically.
  6. Click Save.

Tips

  • Keep notification messages concise — clients are more likely to read and act on short, clear messages.
  • Test templates before activating them to confirm macros populate correctly with real client data.
