Notification Templates
Notification templates let you standardize the automated messages your practice sends — appointment reminders, intake requests, payment confirmations, and more — so every communication is consistent, professional, and on-brand.
How to Create a Notification Template
- Go to Settings on the navigation pane.
- Select Notification Templates or Templates.
- Click Create Template.
- Choose the notification type (e.g., Appointment Reminder, Intake Request, Payment Confirmation).
- Write the message content — use macros (e.g.,
{{client_name}},{{appointment_date}}) to personalize automatically. - Click Save.
Tips
- Keep notification messages concise — clients are more likely to read and act on short, clear messages.
- Test templates before activating them to confirm macros populate correctly with real client data.
