The WithinEHR referral program lets your existing clients recommend your practice to others — and rewards both parties when a new client books their first appointment.

How the Referral Process Works​

Step 1 — Share the Link​

Select Refer and Earn $500 on the WithinEHR dashboard. You receive a unique referral code or link to share with friends, family, or colleagues.

Step 2 — New Client Books​

The new client uses the referral code when booking their first appointment, connecting the two parties in the system.

Step 3 — Reward Payout​

Once the new client completes their initial visit and payment is processed, rewards are automatically triggered for both the referrer and the new client.
