Organizing Your Templates

A well-organized template library ensures your team can find the right form quickly — reducing documentation time and keeping clinical workflows consistent.

How to Organize Templates

  1. Go to Settings > Template Library.
  2. Use folders or categories to group related templates (e.g., Intake Forms, SOAP Notes, Consent Documents).
  3. Rename templates with clear, descriptive titles (e.g., "Initial Psychiatric Evaluation" rather than "Form 1").
  4. Archive templates that are no longer in use to keep the library clean without losing historical records.

Tips

  • Create a naming convention for your team — consistent names make templates easier to find and reduce the risk of using an outdated version.
  • Review your template library quarterly to update content, retire obsolete forms, and add new templates as your practice evolves.
