Create Client Custom Views
Custom views let you save specific filter and column configurations for your client list — so you can instantly surface the patients most relevant to your current workflow without re-applying filters each time.
How to Create a Custom View
- Go to the Patients section.
- Apply the filters and column settings you want to save (e.g., Active clients, filtered by tag, sorted by last appointment date).
- Click Save View or Create View.
- Name the view (e.g., "High Risk Clients," "Telehealth Patients," "Pending Intake").
- Click Save.
Your custom view will appear in the view selector at the top of the Patients list.
Tips
- Create separate views for different team roles — a scheduler's view might prioritize upcoming appointments, while a billing specialist's view might surface outstanding balances.
- Update saved views as your workflow evolves to keep them relevant.
