Create Client Custom Views

Custom views let you save specific filter and column configurations for your client list — so you can instantly surface the patients most relevant to your current workflow without re-applying filters each time.


How to Create a Custom View

  1. Go to the Patients section.
  2. Apply the filters and column settings you want to save (e.g., Active clients, filtered by tag, sorted by last appointment date).
  3. Click Save View or Create View.
  4. Name the view (e.g., "High Risk Clients," "Telehealth Patients," "Pending Intake").
  5. Click Save.

Your custom view will appear in the view selector at the top of the Patients list.


Tips

  • Create separate views for different team roles — a scheduler's view might prioritize upcoming appointments, while a billing specialist's view might surface outstanding balances.
  • Update saved views as your workflow evolves to keep them relevant.
