Import Contact Data

Importing contact data lets you bulk-add referring providers, emergency contacts, or other non-clinical individuals to your WithinEHR system without manual entry.

How to Import Contact Data​

  1. Go to the Contacts section from the navigation pane.
  2. Click Import Contacts.
  3. Download the CSV template and populate it with contact information.
  4. Upload the completed CSV file.
  5. Review the import preview for errors or missing fields.
  6. Confirm the import to create the contact records.
