Recovering Deleted Items
WithinEHR retains recently deleted items in a recoverable state for a defined period, allowing you to restore accidentally deleted client records, notes, or documents before they are permanently removed.
How to Recover a Deleted Item
- Go to Settings or the relevant section (e.g., Patients, Documentation).
- Look for a Deleted Items, Trash, or Recently Deleted filter.
- Locate the item you want to restore.
- Click Restore or Recover.
The item will be returned to its original location in the system.
Tips
- Act quickly — deleted items are only recoverable for a limited time before permanent deletion.
- If you cannot find a deleted item, contact WithinEHR support for assistance with data recovery.
