Add Office or Virtual Locations

Locations in WithinEHR define where appointments take place — whether in a physical office or via telehealth. Adding them correctly ensures clients can book at the right location and providers are scheduled accurately.


How to Add a Location

  1. Go to Settings on the navigation pane.
  2. Select Locations.
  3. Click Add Location.
  4. Choose the location type:
    • Physical — enter the address, phone number, and any relevant details.
    • Virtual — name the location (e.g., "Telehealth") and configure the video call settings.
  5. Click Save.

Tips

  • Assign locations to specific services so clients can only book a service at locations where it is actually offered.
  • Add your telehealth location before scheduling any video appointments to ensure it appears as an option during booking.
