Changing Your Email
Keeping your email address current ensures you receive important account notifications, security alerts, and system communications without interruption.
How to Change Your Email
- Go to Settings on the navigation pane.
- Select Profile or Account Settings.
- Find the Email Address field.
- Enter your new email address.
- Click Save.
- Check your new email inbox for a verification link and click it to confirm the change.
Tips
- Use an email address you check regularly — critical security alerts and password reset links are sent to this address.
- If you use SSO (Single Sign-On), your email may be managed by your identity provider and cannot be changed directly in WithinEHR.
