Delete Your Workspace

Deleting your workspace permanently removes all data associated with your practice — including client records, appointments, billing history, and team accounts. This action cannot be undone.


Before You Delete

  • Export all client data and billing records you need to retain for compliance purposes.
  • Ensure you have fulfilled all legal record retention requirements for your jurisdiction (typically 7–10 years for healthcare records).
  • Notify your team that the workspace will be deleted.
  • Cancel any active subscriptions to avoid future charges.

How to Delete Your Workspace

  1. Go to Settings on the navigation pane.
  2. Select Account or Workspace Settings.
  3. Scroll to the Danger Zone or Delete Workspace section.
  4. Click Delete Workspace.
  5. Type the workspace name to confirm.
  6. Click Confirm Delete.

Warning

This action is permanent and irreversible. All data will be deleted and cannot be recovered. If you are unsure, contact withinehr.com/contact before proceeding.
