Managing Your Subscription

Your WithinEHR subscription controls which features are available to your practice and how many team members can access the platform. This guide covers how to view, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan.


How to View Your Current Plan

  1. Go to Settings on the navigation pane.
  2. Select Subscription or Billing.
  3. Your current plan, renewal date, and included features are displayed here.

How to Upgrade or Change Your Plan

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription.
  2. Click Change Plan or Upgrade.
  3. Review the available plans and select the one that fits your practice.
  4. Confirm the change — upgrades take effect immediately.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription.
  2. Click Cancel Subscription.
  3. Follow the cancellation steps.

Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

  • Export your data before cancelling to ensure you retain all client records and billing history.
