The "Refer a Friend" program (also known as a referral program) is a structured way for your practice to gain new clients through word-of-mouth marketing. It works by offering a defined reward to two parties:
- The Referrer (Your Existing Client): The person who recommends your clinic.
- The Referee (The New Client): The person who signs up for services based on the recommendation.
How the Referral Process Works (3 Steps)
1. Share the Link/Code Select Refer & Earn $500 on the WithinEHR dashboard*.* You receive a unique referral code or link and shares it with friends, family, or colleagues.
2. New Client Books The new client uses that code when booking their first appointment, connecting the two parties.
3. Reward Payout Once the new client completes their initial visit and payment is processed, rewards are automatically triggered.
