White Labeling
White labeling allows you to replace WithinEHR's default branding with your own practice identity — so your clients and team experience a fully branded platform.
What Can Be White Labeled
- Practice logo and name throughout the interface
- Client portal branding and welcome messages
- Email notification sender name and branding
- Booking page appearance and colors
How to Configure White Labeling
- Go to Settings on the navigation pane.
- Select Branding or White Label.
- Upload your logo and set your brand colors.
- Customize the client portal greeting and email sender name.
- Click Save to apply your branding across the platform.
Tips
- Use your official practice name as the email sender name so clients recognize your communications.
- Test the client portal after applying white label settings to confirm the branding appears correctly.
