White Labeling

White labeling allows you to replace WithinEHR's default branding with your own practice identity — so your clients and team experience a fully branded platform.


What Can Be White Labeled

  • Practice logo and name throughout the interface
  • Client portal branding and welcome messages
  • Email notification sender name and branding
  • Booking page appearance and colors

How to Configure White Labeling

  1. Go to Settings on the navigation pane.
  2. Select Branding or White Label.
  3. Upload your logo and set your brand colors.
  4. Customize the client portal greeting and email sender name.
  5. Click Save to apply your branding across the platform.

Tips

  • Use your official practice name as the email sender name so clients recognize your communications.
  • Test the client portal after applying white label settings to confirm the branding appears correctly.
